In cities, families usually look for large apartments that are green, yet close to the city and not completely overpriced. Patio was supposed to offer just that. But when we were commissioned to develop a marketing strategy for the property in Hamburg’s suburbs, the location was still in the midst of development and was also close to the highway. It was therefore important to counter potential buyers’ reservations from the outset, to make the location attractive and to make it tangible. Since it is usually the woman who decides on the new home for families, the entire marketing strategy and the effect of the materials were designed to be feminine and emotional.
With pastel tones, loving collages and harmonious images, the property was emotionally charged and promoted as a child-friendly location with many recreational opportunities in the nearby vicinity.
